-Sent an email to the company on 3/9 because I’d heard nothing from them about my order.
-Received a response on 3/13 stating that my order was being processed. (What were they doing from the 5th to the 13th?
-On 3/20 I had to call Groupon and have them call the store to get information on my order. I got a response from the store within an hour with the tracking information (my package was scheduled for delivery that day.)
-The items I ordered are ok, but definitely not worth the hassle. I’d recommend just going to Target, you’ll get your stuff quicker and the quality is way better.
